Veena Sood is an award winning actress of Punjabi descent.  She has a decades long career in improv, film, theatre & television.  She's a pioneer of Canadian Improv, co-founding Keith Johnstone's LOOSE MOOSE THEATRE CO. in Calgary, Alberta.  Veena has performed in hundreds of plays, TV series, feature films and animations.   When she's not acting, Veena is an avid outdoor enthusiast, having safaried in Africa (where she was born), horseback ridden all over the Canadian Rockies, and canoed down the Amazon River.  Nature is where she rejuvenates, resets, and realigns!
